Working as part of the Complex Engineering Reception proof of concept. I am responsible for: Driving down the fault rate in our network through analysis of data from various systems and allocating proactive repair work to a new team of engineers.Working with highly skilled engineers and other departments to drive down repair and provision tails to return customers into service in a timely and efficient manner.Supporting other functions within the proof of concept with my skills and experience.An experienced retail skills trainer, manager and team leader with expertise in IT support training, retail sales skills training and customer service with a proven track record of delivering targets through development of teams, the raising of standards and supporting the training needs of individuals, shops, areas and regions. I have enhanced my qualifications portfolio with a part time, privately funded Foundation Degree in Computing (Networking).
