Appointed by the Ministry of Education to take control of the finances at Marlborough Boys College, I acted as LSM and Specialist Advisor for just over two years whilst the school regained control of its finances. This role involved working closely with senior management of the school and the Board to ensure new systems and financial procedures were implemented to ensure the long term success of the school.
