Through instilling a "Stop and Fix" culture and the reduction of the waste of Work in Process, we have seen Quality Escapes reduced to 29% of 2014 levels and internal scrap rates to all time lows. Project Manage the transfer of production from Adelaide South Australia. Train Chinese staff and operators.
