• Responsible for – Estimation, Design & Planing. • Deciding pricing and suitable material grade which aligns with tender / inquiry specifications. • Preparing Bill of Quantities and submitting to Production Department. • Preparing shop drawings, layout drawing and manufacturing detailed drawing and evaluating the drawing in detail before sending for final client approvals. • Preparing BOQ, Production Request with detailed Material Requirement, Finish, Specifications, Grade and Accessories for Production Purpose. • Preparations of inquiries to suppliers in order to obtain price of material or equipment for internal or external sources and calculating the turnaround time for receivable of material. • To arrange and attend meetings with internal customers to explain and discuss key information before finalizing tenders. • Preparing Drawings related to Fabrication & Machine Shop.• Preparing Detail Development Drawings of Sheet Metal works & Structural works.• Preparing & Maintaining of documents & records for ISO 9001:2015. • Preparation of Isometrics Drawing, Nesting Plan, Cutting Plan .• Preparing cutting plan drawings for CNC cutting machine .• Preparing structural approx. weight calculation of Block for assembly. • Scheduling for visits and presenting the activities and of organization before the customer in turn to generate enquiries .• Assisting the customer technically for the right selection of Product and Service.• Material planning , Selecting Material for different Industries like Hardened Plates - Weld Claded Plated , Hardox Plates .• Estimation with keen consideration of material cost, execution, over heads, profit etc.,• Preparation of clear and precise proposal in terms of technical and commercial aspects.• Follow up with the customer regarding the progress of the proposal.• Design Softwares - Autodesk Inventor , Solidworks, Autocad , Advance steel , Tekla .
