(approx. 45 people), and was responsible for generation and execution of planning, projects, initiatives and personnel issues as they pertained to the team globally.June 2000 – December 2003 (2 years 6 months) Stamford CTHedge Funds Credit Officer Performed Hedge Fund and Institutional Fund credit analysis covering the full complement of UBS trading products. I was also involved in all relevant trading document negotiations, policy drafting as well as a number of significant projects.

I performed fundamental credit analysis to assign internal credit ratings to clients, developed credit risk management strategies and approved trade and credit exposures. I also reviewed and approved complex derivative transactions proposed by sales and trading personnel for financial institutions, globally with a strong focus on the hedge fund industry. I negotiated terms and conditions for trading documents including ISDA, CSA, Prime Brokerage, PSA, PSA ISMA and OSLA. My responsibilities also included maintaining and monitoring Hedge Fund risk and performance data on a monthly basis.
