I am currently working as a Business Analyst at Magna Business Consulting, specialising in Business Process Analysis and Improvement. The two most prominent projects that I am currently involved with are: - the analysis to improve traffic flow through the Heidelberg and Beitbridge weigh bridges, - revision and improvement of business processes for the Malawian Traffic Information System. My duties include the following: - Business process improvement for Heidelberg and Beitbridge Traffic Control Centres. - Business process improvement for Malawi Traffic Information System. - Site manager for DRTSS Blantyre and Lilongwe. - Drafting of Standard Operation Procedures and Functional Requirement Specifications.
