Company made up of Partners previously with a Legal 100 law firm offeringservices to companies operating in various industries including Aviation, Infrastructure and Oil and Gas. Primarily based in the offices of Arik Air and on a daily basis dealt with (i) reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including assisting with the negotiation and drafting of base maintenance contracts and agreements between Arik Air and Lufthansa and the negotiation of short notice engine lease agreements, (ii) the delivery of commercial aircraft, (iii) dealing with various claims against the airline and preparing documentation for court proceedings, (iv) supporting the company with other commercial ventures including the drafting and negotiation of sponsorship agreements between the airline and up and coming boxers, (v) Reviewing and negotiating Aircraft Purchase Agreements for Business Jets. My work also included draftingNon-­‐Disclosure Agreements between companies for the exploration of Oil & Gas and photovoltaic schemes as well as obtaining research and information on various AIM listed Oil & Gas companies.
