After spending my formative years touring across the world in DIY punk bands, I have now taken the not-so-obvious career progression of teaching and writing about the theory and practice of organisations 👇🏡 I joined the UCL School of Management in 2022 with the primary role of supporting & developing 100+ Teaching Assistants, and teaching Organisational Behaviour, Creativity and Change across Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.🌱 My primary driver in teaching, management & research is in re-thinking organisational practices, aims and processes with the intention of creating organisations that are more like people, and less like machines. This means a focus on relationships, emotions and an ethic of care.📝 I have been an educator in Higher Education Institutes for 10+ years, and am a Senior Fellow of the HEA.
