Neil is an expert in building up businesses. He started his career as a recruitment consultant and worked his way up to director of Hunsterskill, turning it into one of the UK’s largest IT recruitment companies as he went. Mission accomplished, he then moved to Holland to tackle the European market. Here he built-up the largest IT recruitment company in Europe from scratch, and counted many blue-chip organisations – including Nike, Levis, and IBM – as his clients. Neil is fluent in Dutch, speaks German and divides his time between his family home and business interests in Portugal and London.
