Claims Handler North American facilities team.Handling predominately first party property claims including large numbers of litigation with over 150 speed mediations / settlement conferences negotiated in the last 2 years in south Florida.

I work in the Binders team as a Deputy Chief Adjuster.During my time at Xchanging, I have gained promotion from Claims Adjuster, to Team Leader before gaining promotion to my current role in October 2011. As well as supporting the chief adjusters with the day to day management of the team, which at a peak consisted of 39 people, I am also involved in operations, capacity planning, pursuing new business, auditing and day to day adjusting of a caseload of predominently property and casualty losses.

Working in a team of 4 people handling Predominently UK and Irish Liability and Property losses from cradle to grave. Also invovled in Various PA and contingency losses include cancellation and non appearance and prize indemnity.

Gained invaluable experience in the field adjusting losses including PL/EL/motor and property damage covering the east of Anglia and London. Also involved in bordereau management.
