Neil is a Systems Thinker, Sustainability and Strategic Marketing professional and B Leader with extensive experience developing businesses, brands, partnerships and programs that engage people and contribute to positive and measurable social and environmental impact. He is also a Founder & Storyteller, having created an audio-biography business (Me & My Old Man) that helps capture and celebrate stories of parents' lives, laughs, reflections and insights.He has a proven track record in the field of strategic communications, global brand development, responsible business and sustainable development from time working in the private sector both client and consultancy-side (Unilever & Haleon) and with social enterprises and non-profit organizations around the world. Alongside his consultancy work, in 2020, he completed an MSc in Poverty Reduction at SOAS with Distinction. His thesis explored how multinationals contribute to women empowerment at BOP (base of the pyramid). In early 2022, he completed the B Leaders program, a training course run by B Lab UK which trains individuals who work with companies who wish to become certified B Corps, and is currently (2023) completed The School for Systems Change Basecamp program. He is also proud to be Trustee for UK refugee integration charity, Migrateful.Neil has worked in many different cultures and operating scenarios from board rooms to refugee camps; understanding diverse cultures and interests has nurtured his natural people management skills to develop and collaborate with high-performing, happy teams and successful partnerships.
