Generating new business worldwide with clients in the arts, heritage, religion and education sectors- Identified, negotiated and contracted with institutions in Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Oman, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan- Clients included Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, National Gallery of Umbria, Louvre Abu Dhabi, National Museum of the Sultanate of Oman, State Hermitage Museum, State Tretyakov Gallery, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan- Products and services delivered covered print, digital and braille, in all languages required by clients- Responsible for product development strategy and mentoring of business development staff

Freelance business: copy- and structural editing (hard copy and electronic), proofreading, indexing, translation and interpreting. Clients included APA Publications (Insight/Berlitz), Faber and Faber, Ralph Appelbaum Associates, Virgin Books

Overall responsibility for running Third Millennium as an imprint within Profile Books following acquisition of the company in February 2015, with key duties and activities in the following areas:- Delivery of the publishing programme- Publishing strategy: identifying key sectors and target client institutions- New business acquisition: clients contracted included colleges of the universities of Cambridge and Oxford, University of Cambridge Department of Engineering, Leeds Trinity University, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
