Set up the Farmplan support line taking over 20000 calls per annum.Moved onto sales and marketing of Farmplan to the agricultural industry, developing close relationships with the agricultural business drivers ; press .- RBi, ministry RPA; banks, HSBc..Made MD responsible for £4m t/o. in addition managed the European distribution of the Galebreaker product range.Farmplan was acquired by RBI after 2000. MD until retirement 2008.
