In this role I was responsible for producing BA plans and estimates and systems requirement documents. In drawing up business requirements I was involved with contribution and interpretation as well as creating requirements traceability documents. One of my roles was to hold workshops with colleagues in order to run through the requirements and also to run weekly project status and troubleshooting meetings. I had to produce, contribute to and interpret business process maps. Cooperation with EAD and ADM platforms (both onshore and offshore) was paramount as was maintaining excellent communications with 3rd party suppliers in order to communicate and discuss requirements to make sure that systems were as efficient as possible.I validated and assessed IT solutions and maintained project documentation. I contributed to project ARICaD and to project implementation planning and also supported the creation of a master test plan and test approach with the QA and UAT Teams. I affected change and defect management strategies.I used my excellent communication skills to manage Impact Assessors and Stakeholders in order to maintain good relationships for the company.I completed all tasks and projects within deadlines and budgets unless highlighted and agreed previously with the IT Project Manager.Key Achievements:I worked as IT Lead Business Analyst on a project with an IT budget of in excess of £6 million, delivering and implementing changes to the way products and pricing are published and maintained. I ensured that the impact on customers was minimised and also that Terms and Conditions and Credit Card Agreements compliance was met.

As a Subject Matter Expert for FIS Base 2000 Credit Card mainframe and associated systems I had to produce Mid Level Platform Designs (MLPD) to the required standard, engage and maintain platform resources, and produce and submit platform estimates.I was responsible for managing 3rd party suppliers, maintaining good communication and relationships at all times. Liaising with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts was key to delivering requirements.I oversaw change and defect management, also performing ad hoc IT business analysis and providing testing and warranty support where necessary.
