Monitoring weather conditions, up to date news bulletins/emergency situations that occur whilst our clients are in their resort. To amend a clients booking should they misconnect on their flights or have a problem with their accommodation. Responsible for the flight watch of all Cityflyer flights on a 24-hour basis. Liaising with key service partners and flight crew, working alongside the Operations Duty Manager. Negotiating with Air Traffic Control in Brussels on slot improvements. Advising flight crew of any aircraft/weather implications that may affect a service. Being conversant to departmental and emergency procedures.
