Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) moved from sub 40% to over 75% per week in 1 year.Additional projects were identified around improvements to existing machines across a network of plants with savings of around €97k per annum realised.Took on board an environmental project involving a problematic waste tank. This issue was reviewed with the contractor, 3rd party advice sought and resolved with the contractor fixing the issues surrounding the waste tank leading to a reduced environmental contamination risk.
