Capgemini Australia are currently the shared service centre for all of the Bluescope companies comprising Bluescope Steel, New Zealand Steel, Pacific Steel, Bluescope Distribution, Orrcon Manufacturing, Fielders & Bluescope Lysaght.Responsibilities: Manage the Vendor Master databases, across 2 x SAP, Lyves and BPCS systems, in these systems are over 30,000 vendors both domestic and overseas.  Receive and review vendor master addition or change requests, from various sources, for compliance to standard Bluescope requirements.  Process additions & changes of master data as well as auditing work carried out by the offshore Capgemini India team. Ensuring the ISO9001 standards are met Resolve process issues and focus on continuous improvement with Bluescope and internally at Capgemini. Undertake vendor cleansing reviews on an annual / ad hoc basis Maintain central contracts and agreements through the SRM system. Maintain Authorised Signatories database, ensuring Bluescope management purchasing limits are correct and authorized for all Bluescope companies.Key Achievements: Currently working with the ongoing training & transition of all the Bluescope master data process to Capgemini India. This involved travelling to India to initiate the overall training and transition.  Helped coordinate the initial offshore transition and training of all transactional master data work from Capgemini Australia to Capgemini China.  Was selected to travel to New Zealand to learn the Pacific Steel BPCS master data process from Fletcher Shared Service and transition this to Capgemini Australia.  Implemented Orrcon vendor insurance database.  Held the following roles in time at Capgemini: Deputy Chief Fire Warden, Workstation Assessment Officer and President of the Capgemini Social Club.
