The brokers who aggregate through NAB's Aggregation Services - PLAN, Choice and FAST - use a business operating platform called Podium. Podium is built on Salesforce. In December 2017, NAB and Salesforce commenced an envision program to build a refreshed version of Podium with a new UX/UI, significant improvements in processes and workflows and a reduction in infrastructural complexity. It also developed a roadmap for development for the next five years.The program will affect over ~2800 organisations, ~4500 brokers and ~6500 users. My role is to develop and deliver an effective and broker-centric change program.

Since the PBOP project was deployed by NAB (based on the Oracle Banking Platform - OBP), it has been decided that a project should be established to focus on extracting more value from the solution via additional training and education for branch managers and banking advisors in the field.
