The brokers who aggregate through NAB's Aggregation Services - PLAN, Choice and FAST - use a business operating platform called Podium. Podium is built on Salesforce. In December 2017, NAB and Salesforce commenced an envision program to build a refreshed version of Podium with a new UX/UI, significant improvements in processes and workflows and a reduction in infrastructural complexity. It also developed a roadmap for development for the next five years.The program will affect over ~2800 organisations, ~4500 brokers and ~6500 users. My role is to develop and deliver an effective and broker-centric change program.

Since the PBOP project was deployed by NAB (based on the Oracle Banking Platform - OBP), it has been decided that a project should be established to focus on extracting more value from the solution via additional training and education for branch managers and banking advisors in the field. These activities are brought together in the PBOP Value Extraction project.Additionally, I was the nominated Change Manager during the design and requirements gathering phases of the NAB Voice Biometrics (now VoiceID) project. This included the development of the Authenticate Once program that provide interim benefits to the organisation whilst the VB solution was being built and configured.

Original established as Geebiz, we want to disrupt the way that local businesses reach their local customers. Old fashioned advertising channels such as printed directories, letterbox drops and the like are being rapidly replaced by apps and social media. At the same time, we want to really promote the idea that local people should support local businesses. With the support of some existing advertisers, we have now developed and re-released the Geebiz app as Nearest. App-based and focused exclusively on local businesses.

The eRIC (electronic Record for Intensive Care) program was established by NSW Health to develop a statewide solution for electronic record keeping in intensive care units in NSW. My role was to develop a change strategy, job impact analysis, training needs analysis, end user communications plan and message pack as well as providing practical support to the Project Manager - Deployment, the Engagement & Adoption Manager and the Strategic Communications Lead in activities specifically relating to pilot site at Port Macquarie Base Hospital.

The University undertook a major review around the provision of services across the faculties, schools, institutes and corporate departments, commencing in 2010. This engagement involved the restructure and realignment of Finance Services across the institution.My role was to project lead the design of the Finance Service structure, the recruitment of the new senior leadership team and the redesign and realignment of roles within the central Finance team. This included the development of the formal change and implementation plan for presentation to the staff, the leadership of the University and the associated union.
