He co-founded Corridor Commercial Real Estate Group in 1989, later known as Corridor Reznick, a leading Baltimore based commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm. He served as its President & CEO until the company was sold in 2009. Under Neil’s leadership, the firm consistently closed hundreds of transactions each year and was recognized as a top tier commercial real estate brokerage firm in the region. Neil also put together multiple partnerships to acquire properties throughout the Greater Baltimore Metro Area.From 2009 until today, Neil has continued to broker deals and invest in commercial real estate. Neil has also made strategic investments in several businesses including The Alternative Board of Baltimore County (business coaching and advisory boards), Baltimore Coffee & Tea and Accelerent (a mid-market, membership based business focused on building trust relationships amongst its partner firms to develop additional business).
