We give time, money and energy to education projects in the UK and Africa - an educational farm; scholarships allowing children to attend secondary school; a football academy for boys and girls; links between UK and Kenyan schools; and in 2014 a workshop for around 60 pupils and 10 teachers/youth leaders.

I work as a professional coach for business people, owners, directors, partners, entrepreneurs; some wishing to develop their skills to a new level, taking on a new role, promotion, setting up their own business. For others its dealing with the issues they're facing - being stuck or overwhelmed, not sure of the next step or not able to see the wood for the trees.Above all it's enabling my clients to have a life, not just a business.I also run a programme of guidance and coaching for managers and consultants wishing to step up, to show they have what it takes to become a director, partner or head of business area. Our philosophy is show you can do the job and you're more likely to be offered the role.At the Red Rubber Ball Company, our Coaches are all experienced in leading edge change and personal development skills, like NLP, and running businesses. The senior executive is meticulously matched with a board looking for their particular skillset, in the role of a board observer / apprentice for 12 months.
