I have travelled and worked extensively across EMEA helping global organisations in the selection of customer management platforms, which has included Supply Chain Management, Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing, Social and Customer Experience solutions. My skills are an unusual combination of technical expertise and sales awareness after having worked across the full sales cycle in countries across EMEA. I have built and led EMEA SE Teams through three start-ups / scaleups namely ServiceMax/Vlocity/Creatio and now Prewave.
