Working within the Program Management Organization (PMO) for Apple's Worldwide Retail Real Estate, Design, Development and Merchandising (RDDM) organization, I focus specifically on Strategic Initiative Programs which are at the core of how, when and where Apple Retail's global physical store fleet will evolve over the next 10 year horizon.The projects and programs are highly cross functional in nature, with the PMO team acting as the intersection between project working groups executing work and senior leadership/executive teams setting direction within Apple.

Responsible for defining future strategy, change management and project execution for the Apple 'Ways to Buy' program suite making Apple products more affordable and more available to our customers.My role leads the following commercial programs: Connected iPhone, Apple Trade In, iPhone Upgrade, Monthly Payments, Financing, Loyalty and Tax Free Shopping - across the APAC Apple retail store fleet.(96 locations spread across Singapore, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, Japan, South Korea and Australia.).

Developing Dyson’s global retail operations frameworks from scratch, governance and standard operating procedures to enable stronger profitability, better business resilience and harmonisation of the omnichannel customer experience.Notable highlights include the creation of the Global Retail Operating Manual (the 'bible' of running a store!), global POS and payments product owner for existing and future POS systems and payments gateways, ERP and CRM system introduction into direct retail stores, business SME for future ERP transformation program, inventory reset shrinkage program which reduced cost value inventory shrinkage by >$650k USD in YoY , introduction of a global tax refund service program and the activation of 4 new to retail markets (FR, DE, SG, KR) in 2019.Most recently, my responsibilities have been extended to include leading the overall Coronavirus Response Program globally for Dyson Retail stores, where the main aim is to identify how we can trade in the 'new normal' during and post CV19. This has involved the creation of resumption guidelines, radically new visual merchandising guidelines and not to forget, demand, supply and specification work associated with Personal Protective Equipment

Expanding Dyson's retail ambitions into the North American market!

Working within the Global retail team, my remit extended to all direct retail projects globally. I worked visual merchandising and design projects in Dyson's first flagship (Omotesando, Tokyo) and subsequent concept stores in Indonesia and China. The majority of my time in this role was spent project managing the latest in Dyson's portfolio of stores: Dyson Demo, Oxford Street.
