Delivering Senior Project Management expertise for Eviden client, Student Loans Company (SLC). Providing services within SLC General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance programme. Projects including One Correspondence Address (OCA) project, Salesforce Integration project, alongside other Integration workstreams. OCA was a long running complex organisation wide project, to deliver simultaneous streamlined customer addressing changes across 22 corporate wide systems, to gain GDPR compliance. Salesforce Integration was with an existing SLC core component system to accomplish GDPR compliance. Working closely with multiple SLC technical and business teams as well as Eviden technical teams. The 22 OCA systems upgraded were delivered between both in house SLC technical teams and a large onshore/offshore Eviden team. Working closely with senior management across both SLC & Eviden, as well as SLC delivery managers, SLC ICT, project team including multiple Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, Release Manager and Programme Management Assistant. Overall deliverables include:• All work delivered using SLC corporate governance standards tool, providing the usual project management tasks and reports such as weekly status reports, Plans, RAID Logs, various Stage Gate Reports, Change Requests, etc.• Running and attending various internal team meetings, various project meetings, delivery meetings and monthly Project boards. Providing updates for monthly Programme & Portfolio boards. • Responsible for all project costs: project team costs, including contractor costs, internal SLC team costs for project, external Eviden costs and other 3rd party consultant costs.

COS is responsible for the delivery of a suite of National applications, both inhouse and external, which are designed to streamline the recording and management of core operational information and supporting activity.Working closely with Police Scotland Business & ICT Project Managers, Scrum Master, ICT staff and Business SME’s, Officers (Constables, Sergeants, Inspectors, Chief Inspectors) as well as external software partners. Delivering Senior Project Management expertise for AMT-Sybex client. AMT-Sybex are a Capita Business Unit. Management on various customer projects, covering multiple products in the AMT Affinity Product suite, specifically Meterflow & FieldReach and exposure to the Ellipse product. Delivering to AMT customers located in Glasgow and throughout Ireland. Role required onsite work in various locations with long periods of weekly onsite work covering Glasgow and commuting back & forth to Dublin in the same week. As the senior onsite AMT representative, I was the project & BAU escalation point of contact for the customer.Over the 2 plus years, I managed the central project for the Scottish Power Meterflow Implementation. Managing the AMT onsite team with the rollout of Meterflow as part of the Scottish Power’s SMART Meter Programme for 18 months. I also managed two other sub projects for the SMART Meterflow implementation for the introduction of Time of Use functionality and Enrolment & Adoption functionality. Worked alongside Accenture as the onsite Systems Integrator (SI) for the SMART Meter Programme. For the Scottish Power projects, as well as managing the onsite AMT team of Consultants and Analysts, I also coordinated with the AMT offsite Development team in Belfast for project work, Live incident and project & BAU Change Request implementation. At the same time, over 12 months partially based in Dublin I managed the implementation of Phase 2 of the AMT FieldReach product as part of the Irish Rail Mobilisation project, also mobilisation & commencement for delivery of Phase 3.I also project managed a brief 8-week planning study for an Ellipse/FieldReach upgrade for AMT customer Northern Ireland Water, based in Belfast. Finally, I initiated a project for AMT customer Gas Networks Ireland, based in Cork, for a bespoke product migration from on premise to Cloud.
