As part of large team, constructed and managed aspects of High Mogul Residence, a multi-million dollar construction project. Duties included day-to-day job assignment, oversight of multiple projects, interpretation of blueprints and their execution, deadline management, and monitoring work of carpenters and assistants.

Completed lead carpenter and project manager duties on numerous residential, commercial, and institutional projects including renovations at Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Johnson and Wales University. Responsibilities included managing /scheduling subcontractors, estimating and procuring materials, managing carpenters and laborers, and doing carpentry work. Also served as a liaison between architects and the general contractor.

Responsible for the complete renovation of The White Horse Inn (whitehorsebb.com), a 4250 square foot historic mansion in Pittsfield, MA. Coordinated a team of carpenters, subcontractors and architects. Managed various other construction projects throughout the state. Fully licensed in Massachusetts with a state Construction Supervisor License and a state Home Improvement Contractor license.
