The Craft Super Store was a competitive on-line craft supplier and I was responsible for running the busy warehouse fulfilling the orders as they came in and all the associated computer and paper work and for organising the warehouse in such a way to make it an easy process.

Head Chef at Military Base in Dorset. This was a demanding roll often catering for the unexpected and under difficult situations. Although this was a civilian post I was still expected to work to military rules and regulations and more importantly tight budgets but still producing a high standard of food and service expected by the MOD.
