Mr. Neilas has been involved in the commercial and residential real estate industry for over 10 years, participating in the acquisition, financing and development of a variety of real estate assets in all classes including income generating properties and development projects.He started working for an established real estate investment company in Toronto that acquired and managed office buildings in Toronto’s downtown core. Mr. Neilas was responsible for establishing the company’s financial services division which included establishing a commercial lending arm company specializing in alternative real estate lending. In 2006, he founded Neilas Inc. in response to a need in the market for smaller scale design based condominiums. The goal of Neilas Inc. is to raise the bar on multi residential apartments in Toronto by creating living spaces that are unique and make a lifestyle statement. The company’s portfolio includes a mix of mid-rise and Hi-Rise development properties which include for sale condominium units and proposed multi-residential rental.Neilas Inc. currently has approximately 700 residential units under development in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
