With over 20+ years of Manufacturing experience, my knowledge and experiences are as varied as the roles and responsibilities I have had, from Journeyworker-Precision Grinder, to various levels of production, Support Roles (Polishing, Shipping, and QC-Inspection) to Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Account Management, to Strategic Marketing and New Business Development, to Corporate Training of over 300 employees, from post Apprenticeship to C-Suite Level Executives. In my roles, I've managed national and international sales distribution channels. I enjoy public speaking and writing for trade publications and press releases. I've also acted as the social media administrator using the latest techniques to expand networks and build branding. I have also acted as "lead" team member on ITAR regulations as part of corporate export control policy team.My greatest joy is in knowing that my knowledge and efforts are making a difference in connecting individuals to the tools and skills that they need now to start their careers and have the same opportunities that I have so much enjoyed to today. My career continues and I look forward to each new challenge to make this region home to the best skilled, highly trained, group of professionals this nation has to offer to the world.
