Organic' and Formula E 'No Turning Back' campaigns.My responsibilities at Soundtree include: · Managing the entire music & sound post production requirements for global commercials for brands like Samsung, H&M, B&Q, Unilever, BA, etc. Work directly with clients, composers & sound designers to create and ensure the smooth running of the schedule often across 3 time zones simultaneously.· Collaborate with agency producers, creatives and directors to create music & sound briefs and set project goals and then collate and deliver feedback to the composers and sound team whilst also tracking all changes and edit versions.· Hire composers, musicians, orchestrators, mixers and studios and attend and ensure the smooth running of recording sessions in the studio. · Overseeing commercial music searches to brief and then engaging with record and publishing companies to obtain all costs and background information before presenting song options to client. Then negotiate and obtain clearance on chosen songs, before moving to contract stage.· Track all costs and expenditures and keep an accurate P&L statement up to date. · Handle and track all the final mix deliverables and credits for all the productions and ensure delivery of all required assets. Ensure completion of all musician contracts and release forms. Create and register Cue Sheets with PROs/publishers and oversee with legal team all the final publishing and master licenses. Manage PO requests and all invoice tracking.
