I also head the digital channels department, which includes teams managing our external corporate website network comprising Unilever.com and country websites, another team managing employee-facing intranet channels, and specialists in social media, content, and site editor support. The role involves leading and developing a management team, overseeing a programme of work to develop our channels, for example to improve mobile accessibility and integrate social media, and working with stakeholders across the function to promote a joined-up approach to the use of digital globally.
