We've been making oaty products for years, so it seemed only natural we should start making oat drinks too. But we didn't want to make just any old oat drink - it had to be the best. That's why we came up with Oatier. We can’t tell you all our secrets or we’d have to mill you, but rest assured we believe that we’ve created the creamiest, tastiest, smoothiest oat drink you’ve ever tasted.

Senior TechnologistKerry May 2018 - Apr 2019Global Technology And Innovation Centre, NaasBased in Kerry’s Global Technology and Innovation Centre in Naas, my role centred around driving performance improvements in the Regulatory department, through reporting on KPI's and implementing cross-departmental training to support these targets. My focus was on serving our key customers with a best-in-class service, in order to drive sales in a fiercely competitive marketplace. I’m delighted to say that my efforts were recognised, where my team won best performing team in Europe and Russia. As performance management is a very sensitive issue, I delivered weekly and monthly presentations to our specialists and senior management on our department’s performance. This allowed me to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business. The nature of my work was cross-functional, where I dealt with all of our technologies and end-use markets, and collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Customer Care, RD&A, and Quality. I was a Salesforce super-user and CRM lead, and delivered training across departments, and was involved with the creation of Kerry Way of Working documents. This training was instrumental in implementing a unified way of working across EMEA, and has led to the fostering of closer working relations between departments. I also lead a project on customer scorecards, monitoring the turnaround time and workload completed for 20 of our key customers, and their satisfaction with the Regulatory department's performance, which has led to a significant improvement in relations with Kerry's most sensitive customers. Another project I worked on, one of Kerry's other “Noise Reduction” initiatives, the Self-Service portal. I rolled out training and support to the Customer Care and Sales teams across Europe, Russia and APMEA. The roll out of this initiative saw the significant reduction in the volume of requests dealt with by Kerry's technologists, and improve turnaround times for Kerry's customers. -
