Secured community partnerships with Full Sail University, Electronic Arts(EA), and Magic Gaming.

OCPS Human Resource Department serves over 24,000 employees. District HR leadertransforming the recruitment process at OCPS for the digital age. Primary responsibilitiesinclude spearheading the Employer Branding/Digital Marketing strategy for the eighth-largestdistrict in the nation and the second-largest employer in Central Florida. Creating and conductingdigital marketing campaigns to decrease the vacancy rate across all positions and increase thehighly-qualified candidate pool. Increase business development opportunities for communitypartnerships while receiving national and industry recognition.
