Developed growth strategy and plan and Identified new maket segments and new services to support business strategy. Assisted business in developing its staffing operations to support growth plans. Worked on the creation of the Ventura brand - a subsidiary business. The business foundations established in those early years (300 people) has led to the growth of a business now 8000 people strong.
