I am a General Manager and CFO with extensive Corporate Finance, Private Equity and M&A experience. I have been heavily involved in acquisition and Joint Venture initiatives, helping to grow the company’s proposition and value, as well as driving sustainable profitability. In addition, I have acted as MD of acquired companies, and am hugely proud of the progress since acquiring those, particularly in terms of integration, achieving positive operational change and profitability.My professional experience spans international Corporate Finance firms, where I learnt the ropes and worked on high-profile, complex transactions, buy-side and sell-side; an independent European Investment Bank focusing on cross-border M&A and advisory work and in operational roles as Group FD and CFO. I have dealt with multiple stakeholders, including investors, Board of Directors, external advisors and clients.My recent general management experience has further broadened my business knowledge, as well as giving me hands-on experience implementing restructuring to improve efficiency. I have also led day-to-day finance matters, handled bank relationships, insurance matters, budgeting and control. My technical knowledge includes capital markets, company/target evaluation, deal processes and shareholder structures.
