I served as a Parts Division SME and Instructor during our conversion to NAXT's Dynamics AX business system roll-out in April of 2017. I spent months working with a team of business analysts testing and refining our new system. During our company-wide roll-out, I helped instruct about 200 Parts division employees on the new system. After our go-live date in April 2017, I took a role on our ERP helpdesk team and performed that task alongside my normal job roles. During this time, I managed a dynamic department under a heavy workload, and made significant improvements to building and grounds.
