Governance And Risk Program Manager
Current- Instilling a strong culture of Risk Governance. Guides and mentors team members responsible for providing risk governance program support.- Extends the reach of Risk Governance to partners throughout SMBC MANUBANK through training and guidance on specific issues.- Collaborates with the Head of ERM to set the strategy for end-to-end governance lifecycle management.- Manages the existing document inventory. Establish metrics and internal dashboards & reporting to monitor and measure the success of the governance documentation program. Collaborate with the Head of ERM to enhance Management- and Board-committee reporting around governance documentation adoption and adherence.- Partnering to enhance the organization’s understanding of governing documentation, document types and associated expectations. Developing training, communications, and other tools to facilitate this understanding.- Working to ensure that processes and controls related to the management of governance documentation are captured within the Risk & Control Self-Assessment and partnering to execute the RCSA.- Establishing a dynamic, risk-based testing program to periodically select and review a sample of risk-owned policy requirements for adherence. Reporting the results of the testing program to the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Management.
