Neil founded Spence & Partners Limited in 2000. Within the company he is responsible for delivery of our administration and consulting services as well as supporting numerous trustee boards in a consultancy capacity. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in 1987, Neil joined Sedgwick Noble Lowndes (SNL) (now Mercer HR Consulting Ltd) where he had responsibility for managing the administration team. During his employment with SNL he became an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute and was the Belfast representative on Mercer's Compliance Committee. From 1998 to 2003 he was also a local adviser for the Pension Advisory Service.Specialties: Strategic advice to employers and trustees on restructuring and managing final salary pension scheme liabilities
