Delivering leadership workshops in primary schools (Key Stage 2).I'm on a mission to inspire and empower young people. I run workshops in primary schools, focusing on leadership skills including confidence, empathy and communication. Delivering guest lectures on entrepreneurship and mentoring graduate entrepreneurs.

Founded, grew and sold to private equity.LexAble developed automatic spelling correction and task management software for people with disabilities such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD, and people with mental health issues. I founded the company straight out of university with no experience in business (or software) and learned everything as I went along. I got to work with some fantastic people through the highs and lows of scaling a software business. In 2020 the company was acquired by the private equity backed Norwegian software company Lingit, which was then acquired in 2021 by the Texthelp Group. I stayed on for another year to see the company and the team through both transitions.

Running holiday activities for children with additional needs.This was so much fun, and exhausting too. We went to specialist playgrounds, on excursions to safari parks and also supporting the children at mainstream activity camps.
