I am a process and workflow fanatic. I have over 17 years of experience managing operations, client services, distribution, shipping and general business activities in IT asset manufacturing, SaaS and business services. Working as a leader in a fast paced startup, I managed operations, sales support, customer service support, IT development and implementation, business integrations, technical and industrial engineering, quality and compliance, and then successfully transitioned the business through acquisition by a fortune 150 company. I have managed large ERP, CRM and TMS implementations, custom software development, service design and delivery, merger and acquisition business operations integrations, factory automation projects, and global engineering and quality and environmental compliance teams. I have been directly responsible for developing and communicating metrics and KPI data to global executive leadership. I have established data warehouses for business intelligence projects, and successfully created metrics programs that have driven crucial business decisions. I have had the great opportunity to be able to successfully drive businesses in highly varied roles in my career.
