I received my BA and MD degrees as part of the combined BA/MD program at Boston University/Boston University School of Medicine. I developed an interest in Neurology, and continued my training, specializing in the field of Neurology at the University of Connecticut Health Center/Hartford Hospital (Hartford Healthcare). I developed my interest in Neurology further, and completed a neurophysiology fellow at Harvard Medical School at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, expanding my experience in neuromuscular disease, electromyography, epilepsy, and electroencephalography. I am practicing as a neurologist with these specialties at CHA and continuing to teach at Harvard Medical School as an Instructor in Neurology.I have interests in general neurology, neurophysiology, neuromuscular disease, patient advocacy, quality improvement/patient care improvement and optimization, research into therapeutics and treatment modalities, clinical research, and teaching students.
