Responsible to ELT for national programme of fire safety and cladding remediation across the Crest Nicholson Group. Lead a large cross-functional team dealing with technical, commercial, build, legal and stakeholder matters along with Government reporting and liaison.

Primarily working within Crest Nicholson Regeneration Ltd, I have had several roles within the business. Project management of urban mixed-use and residential projects ranging from 172 to 569 units in a single-phase up to 2,000 units on multiple phase schemes; senior oversight of significant commercial and leisure scheme delivery; working in an upfront role to bring forward sites at the pre-planning stage including considerations of cost, programme and delivery strategy; procurement of construction under multiple forms of contract including D&B and traditional, JCT and NEC; significant experience using main contractors; planning applications; planning, design and delivery of significant and bespoke development scale infrastructure and public realm projects including river works, bridges and a 117-berth inland marina; negotiation and operation of numerous district heating ESCo and construction agreements; negotiation and operation of construction and property legal agreements. I have sat on project steering groups for various projects with JV or public sector partners.I built up the early residential delivery capability of Crest Nicholson Regeneration Ltd from what was a core commercial developer structure which involved early divisional project management team and customer service team recruitment and retention. I have led or participated in several Group-wide business improvement initiatives. I have been regularly called upon to solve out-of-scope, difficult or long-standing problems and disputes. During 2020 & 2021, I established Crest Nicholson's capability to undertake its fire safety remediation programme before becoming Group Special Projects Director.
