Provide on boarding training to over 500 newly hired associates per month.

Responsible for assisting with the overall day-to-day operations of the store including continuous development of effective store team members to achieve desirable sales and EBITDA results. Assess daily the stores' ability to meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety and regulatory compliance. Assist with coaching and development of store team members. Role model and demonstrate Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Oversaw the training of hundreds of associates at numerous Kroger locations throughout the Dallas division. Executed and implemented training programs that effectively communicated new guidelines of the newly installed Toshiba self checkout software and advised senior management on new techniques that could be implemented to improve customer satisfaction.
