I’m a dedicated and enthusiastic IT professional with over 30 years’ experience in many facets of the industry. I deliver a unique combination of exposure, skills and formal training along with energy and a passion for success.As an IT architect who is versed in traditional and agile delivery (Scrum certified), formally certified (TOGAF) and extensive involvement in the telecommunications and finance industries, I have developed a broad range of capabilities which can be applied to any business problem requiring resolution through IT enabled transformation. Having performed architecture at all levels from solution design and delivery, platform management through to Enterprise and strategic planning, my strong communication, relationship building and people management competencies provide a distinctive platform from which I deliver desired outcomes. With a varied background including electronic drafting, telecommunications installations, IT delivery and support, the entire contact centre journey (to date!), Back Office Operations, and more recently Desktop Automations and Robotics, I have had wide exposure to many historical scenarios as well as recent challenges facing the industry and have a proven ability to apply my acquired techniques and abilities to any problem space.I’m a well rounded professional who has learnt how to apply the success of sports team collaboration into the workplace environment and thus provide leadership skills, motivational techniques, natural mentoring and coaching traits to the team and individual participants within.
