Business Operations Manager
Current• Organize the activities of the business. • Work with executive leadership team to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives.• Responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks ranging from human resources to accounts payable. • Support sales and business development on new partnership development• Resource Management - works collaboratively with managers and the team to improve operational efficiencies and business models that are scaleable.• Coordinating educational assignments for staff• Review budgetary information, interpreting financial data, monitoring expense reports, and performing cost-benefit analysis on internal programs.• Organizational Communication - drive quarterly, special projects, and ad-hoc internal communications to ensure alignment in all operational and strategic objectives based on annual business plans• Oversee Employee Benefits programs• Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits• Oversee Retail Store sales, promotions, inventory• Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill vacant staff/administrative positions.• Maintain records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations.• Prepare employee contracts, offer letters, separation notices, and related documentation.• Oversee & administering Company policies, procedures, processes, and programs. Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with company policy and procedures, and with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.• Ensure prompt resolution of daily and escalated customer issues of a complex scope that impact the team and overall business objectives• Troubleshoot issues and advise on appropriate action
