Lean Manufacturing worksite implementation and coaching. Tools and techniques include: structured problem solving, set-up & change over time reduction, bottleneck identification, standard work development, KPI and Visual Performance Measurement, Total Productive Maintenance, site and shift meeting daily review meetings.
