Neil started his career on TSB’s sponsored student, then Lloyds TSB’s graduate program where he held a number of positions including a secondment to the Group Chief Executive’s Office at the time of the Lloyds/TSB merger. Following a period in the Lloyds Corporate and Institutional Banking Division, he joined the West Bromwich Building Society, managing their lending centre in Manchester before relocating to undertake various management roles in the Society’s Principal Office. He subsequently held management positions within BNP Paribas’ insurance division, including a global role based out of Paris, before returning to the UK to work in the mergers and acquisitions team.From late 2007 Neil was part of a small team of investors that acquired and managed a portfolio of companies including a specialist finance house. He then joined Primary Asset Finance, later becoming Primary Finance Group, having worked with the business on several projects in previous years.
