As president of the club, my responsibilities entail facilitating communication, organizing events, coordinating with companies, raising awareness of the significance of our club, handling finances, recruiting new members, finding avenues to expand our operations, and managing a diverse team of board members. At club MIS we want to create a platform for sharing IT industry insights and trends, build new ideas and form an advisory board through industry guest speakers, panel discussions, and networking seminars and events. We want to build a forum where students can engage with companies to build relationships, learn about industry opportunities and challenges and gain actionable insights to further their career goals and aspirations.

Worked as an intern in Cognitel India on a project to increase customer retention of their SaaS offering. The key responsibility was to identify key customers at risk and increase engagement to drive adoption. It included identifying customers who had stopped using the services and build a pipeline of such customers through re-engagement and developing them as net new customers. Post my tenurethis was implemented as a standard practice for improving revenue and margins.
