This is my second stint at Your World and I am a Candidate Liaison Executive.My overall aim is to bring new candidates into the company across all specialties.I attend conferences and careers fairs, meeting with individuals, network with our current candidates and via social media, following up on leads, adverts and mailshots.I also work with Universities to target Graduates to create pipelines that will serve Your World over the coming years. Potential candidates I speak to may not be available to us for another 12 – 18 months, but the hope is that the relationship we’ve built up over that time will ensure that Your World is their agency of choice come the time that they are ready and able to take the 'next step'.In addition, I’m also the point person for our Australia office and candidates there who are interested in working in the UK. I can offer guidance and assistance on what is required to work here (professional registration, visa requirements etc).

Recruited to the International division with a focus on the USA and Canada. Enjoyed traveling across Western Canada networking with potential clients, candidates and colleagues.Ultimately though, not the right career move for either party.

Working with hospitals and brokers in the USA to supply a large quantity of nurses across the whole of America.

New division supplying General Practitioners to Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and the private sector. Also worked with Out of Hours (OOH) providers.

Heading up a team of recruiters providing Theatre Nurses / ODPs and General Nurses.
