I am the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Future Perfect, a leading consultancy and assessment firm firm that optimizes business performance through expert understanding of English communication. I am overall responsible for the strategic direction of the company, and have led its expansion in India and China. With a background in IT and outsourcing management, I have 25 years of experience in Asia.My main focus over the past years has been to build a management team and support systems to triple the size of the company over the next three years. This has required replacement of key systems, recruitment and integration of senior managers and language experts, and establishing an integrated approach to messaging and delivery with our Marketing and Product Management . This was managed while improving financial performance and achieving over 90% CSAT top rating.The role plays to my strengths of building companies from start-up or to 'Wave 2' status. Also, the quality of Filipino managers is a constant joy in working in this country.In 2006, I set up the Philippines operation for Logica, the European IT and services organisation, growing it to 1200 people before its 2012 takeover. From 2003 to 2006, I headed a BPO operation for AIG insurance group, based in Manila, having been headhunted to lead the start-up and build the company. Prior to this, I was based in Hong Kong, setting up and managing the global insurance practice for the IT. outsourcing company Kanbay (now Cap Gemini), and was also responsible for setting up its Japanese business in 2002.
