Neil Olson is a Leadership Strategist with over 22 years experience working with a broad and diverse legion of executives. Neil’s passion is guiding highly successful managers on the journey of discovering the personal insights needed to bring forth the very best versions of themselves at work and throughout their lives. Neil’s commitment is simple: self-aware managers imbued with a sense of personal agency are resilient, creative and inspiring executive role-models and leaders of insanely productive and satisfied teams. Neil found his true calling after receiving degrees in economics and psychology from the University of North Dakota followed by a Law degree from The University of San Francisco. He is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a Fellow of CTI’s Advanced Leadership Institute as well as Adjunct Staff at the Center for Creative Leadership. Neil is a certified executive coach by the International Coaches Federation. Neil uses only top-tier, data-verified assessment tools such as the ‘Big 5’ and the Ennea9 and he skillfully works with MBTI, Insights, Learning Circles, Hogan, and the entire suite of CCL assessments. Neil enjoyed a successful career as a partner in a San Francisco law firm, the launch and success of his own boutique law firm, the founding of Neil Olson Coaching in 2000 and the co-founding of Ecstasis Consulting LLC in 2006. Neil lives in San Francisco with his family where he continues to co-design and implement strategic leadership development engagements for senior leaders across a broad range of domains.
