I am the Diversity & Knowledge Manager wthin the Technology dept, building content for our internal web presence, training platform and ServiceNow knowledge base. I help to ensure a proactive delivery to the end user of what they need, when they need it on the company portal and IT ServiceNow platform with a particular focus on Accessibility for all. I drive for constant change and improvements in accessibility across our technology.I help ensure inclusion and diversity is front and centre within the Technology dept and take particular responsibility for ensuring our disabled colleagues get the assistive technologies they need to perform at their best and that all teams within our large Technology department are fully aware of the need to make IT accessible. I sit on the committee on our internal Diversity network to improve the accessibility to computing for disabled staff and also represent KPMG on the Technology Task Force (part of the Business Disability Forum) .

A manager in KPMG's IT Services department, I am part of a team of ten European staff who act as the liaison between IT Services and the rest of the business. I help identify the strategic KPMG business requirements for IT products and services, help manage IT Services and product marketing and support the deployment and change processes (stakeholder management, communication, training etc) for major IT programmes.I also:Promote effective use of KPMG's IT environment to all employees. Design, develop and advise on the right training programmes and materials.Assist in finding the right solutions to IT problems.Coach/train/mentor IT Services staff.Supply training advice/solutions to internal KPMG clients
